Ronny Johan Langeland (Non-executive Chairman) |
| Mr. Langeland runs his own investment and consultancy company. His previous appointments include vice president for investment at Storebrand and Avanse Forvaltning. He has also held a number of other directorships. Mr. Langeland has been a director of Prosafe Production since 2008 and chairman since 2010. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Rælingen, Norway. |

Christian Brinch (Non-executive Director) |
| Mr. Brinch owns a consultancy business. His previous appointments include CEO of Helikopter Service AS and deputy CEO of ABB Norway. He is also the chairman of the board of Hafslund ASA and holds a number of other directorships. Mr. Brinch has been a director of Prosafe Production since 2008. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway. |

Arne Austreid (Non-executive Director) |
| Mr. Austreid has been President & CEO of Prosafe SE since 1999. Educated as a petroleum engineer, he also has an MBA from the University of Aberdeen. Mr Austreid joined Prosafe ASA in 1998 as vice president marketing and business development. From 1982 to 1998, he held a number of positions in Transocean ASA, both offshore and onshore. Mr. Austreid, who is also a director of Solstad Offshore ASA, has been a director of Prosafe Production since 2008. He is a Norwegian citizen residing in Larnaca, Cyprus. |

Michael Raymond Parker (Non-executive Director) |
| Mr. Parker has a total of 37 years of experience from international project management in the oil and gas industry. Previous appointments include managerial positions in Total E & P, Aker Contracting and Norwegian Contractors. He has been a Director of Prosafe Production since 2008 and he is also chairman of the board of Prosafe SE. Mr Parker is a citizen of the United Kingdom and resides in Malaga, Spain. |
Carine Smith Ihenacho (Non-executive Director) |
| Mrs. Smith Ihenacho is a candidata juris from the University of Oslo, with a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School. She has an extensive legal and commercial background from positions in Kværner ASA, Norsk Hydro ASA, Bugge, Arentz-Hansen & Rasmussen (BAHR), Hydrogas Ltd., European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Aibel Group Ltd. Since May 2010 she has been part of Statoil’s legal department, with renewable energy and M&A as areas of responsibility. In addition, she holds a number of other directorships. Mrs. Smith Ihenacho has been a director of Prosafe Production since 2010. She is a Norwegian citizen, resident in London, UK. |
Christakis Klerides (Non-executive Director) |
| Mr. Klerides is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He has been a partner with KPMG, and from 1999 to 2003 he served as Minister of Finance in Cyprus. Mr. Klerides has held positions in a number of international associations, including governor for Cyprus to the International Monetary Fund . He is currently chairman of CMK Eurofinance Consultants, a business consultancy involved in investments, shipping and oil & gas. Mr. Klerides, who is a Cyprus national residing in Nicosia, Cyprus, has been a director of Prosafe Production since 2010. |
